Community Based Water Treatment

Aquacube™ offers water treatment systems suitable for permanent installation to supply communities with potable water. These systems offer the following:

  • Modular approach - enabling the correct treatment technology to be used for specific water sources
  • Ease of operation - Systems are designed to be operated by local engineers

Aquacube V Series™

Highly cost effective water treatment systems designed to supply potable water to small and medium sized communities.

Design

The V Series™ is a scaleable modular water treatment system designed to supply potable drinking water for communities.

Typical Capacity

The V Series™ can be sized to suit the size of community and demand, with individual units capable of supplying 15,000+ people with their drinking water needs.

Source Water

The standard V Series™ is designed to treat fresh (non-saline) water sources, including boreholes, river and lakes. Systems designed to treat brackish and seawater sources are available.

Power Supply

Units can either be connected to existing power supply, or can be supplied with it's own power generation system (diesel or solar).

Infrastructure

The V series™ can either be supplied in a self contained skid, or can be installed into existing buildings. The V series™ can also be supplied on a modular platform which makes transportation even by hand carrying, easy.

Operation

Units are designed to have minimal reliance on consumables. The simple design ensures operation and maintenance can be carried out by non- specialised engineers.
